After a short illness, but a brave fight, Pat passed away surrounded by her family. Loved and loving wife to Norm (dec). Mother to David, Gerard, Matthew and Janine. Mother in law to Annette, Catherine and Ronald. Nana to Emma, Rebecca, Bailey, Holly, Bridget and Thomas. Together again With Dad. Forever in our Hearts.

Dearly Loved sister in law and Friend to Beverley and Bob. Loved aunty to Pauline and Simon. Great aunt to Ryan. I will miss our daily calls and chats.
