Funeral Service to Celebrate the Life of Luzvisminda ‘Lucy’ Norbury will be held at the Citylife Church, 70 Kingsway Drive Lalor on TUESDAY (August 13, 2024) at 2:00pm.

Visitaion for families and friends will be offered in the Church prior to the service from 12:30pm.
