I knew Jurgen from many years in city retail where he was a constant caller over time. We had some amazing conversations. He was unfailingly cheerful. I was aware of some latter-day health issues he had, and having retired in July 2023 by which time his call-ins had become very infrequent, I'm saddened to learn of his passing. God Bless, mate.
