Though distance often kept us apart, uncle John's presence in our lives was always felt through his warmth, generosity, and stories whenever we had conversations. Uncle John had a remarkable gift for narration—he would bring to life the old days in Malta with such colour and detail. We will always cherish the times he welcomed us so openly in Australia, making us feel at home even though we were far from our own. His kindness and deep love for family will remain with us forever. Uncle John's memory will live on in the stories he told, the love he shared, and the example of family devotion he left behind. He will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. Our heartfelt condolences go out to all who loved him. May his soul rest in peace. Kevin, Victoria & Andrea Marie

We are deeply saddened by the loss of our faraway uncle John. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this very difficult time. We will always cherish the amazing love he had for all of us and the beautiful memories we share of him. He was always so caring, especially when it came to nanna Vitorja and the Xerris, and his love for us was truly unconditional. We will never forget how he welcomed us with his warm hugs and kisses. May his soul rest in peace, and may you find comfort in the love and memories he left behind. Condolences to you all especially Mary. RIP uncle John 💔 Your niece Maria Xuereb & family
