I was lucky to have been a Doggies supporter, because when I first met Graeme in Sydney in the 80s, his first question to me was which rugby league team I cheered for. I'm not sure how he would have reacted if it had been, say, the Eels. Graeme's honesty and straightforwardness was one of his most endearing qualities. He was who he was and didn't conceal any agenda. It was a good lesson in how to live life.

I have a set of wooden steps in my pantry that were made by Graeme. I also have one of his little notes inviting me to dinner. What a joy he was. Ecclesiastes 7:1-4 "The day of death(sleep) is better than the day of birth ".

Dear Allison and Neil My heart and thoughts are with you at this very sad time. The funeral service you prepared for Graeme was truly beautiful and although I haven't seen Graeme since Pop's funeral all those years ago I still remember him as that cheeky, fun loving guy who always remembered my name no matter how many years had passed since we last met - he had a memory like an elephant 🙂 So from my family to yours, our deepest sympathies for your loss. Graeme will always be remembered. With love Sameera, Kiran, Sandhya and Craig Law

We have such happy memories of Graeme over the years. When he came to visit us in England with his mum and dad. Then when David and I came to Victoria to stay, David and Graeme had a wonderful time together. He is now joined with his mum and dad. RIP Mona and Marina
