Obituary For Donalee "Dona" Grantham

We are mourning the sudden loss of Dona Grantham. Loving and beloved mother, sister and friend.

Forever in our Hearts.

The Funeral will be held on WED (15/01/25) in the Chapel at Tribute Funeral Services commencing at 11am. This will be followed by a private cremation at Altona Memorial Park.

    A shared memory I remember first meeting Dona when I went to work in the Green Room at the Warragul Linen Service. Donna used to dress up as Santa at Christmas, she would hand out lollies every year purchased with her own money. With it being a hot working environment and Donna not wearing any socks with her gum boots, her feet sweated to the extent that they had created an air lock and she was not able to remove her boots on her own. Just imagine Dona laying on her back wearing a Santa suit while Kaz our supervisor was trying to pull them off which provided so much hilarity with Dona yelling pull and Kaz groaning until Dona's foot finally became free & kas stumbled backwards. Dona was a constant source of happiness and laughter sometimes we would be laughing for 2 hours straight and wonder why our sides were so sore. She would often talk of her family and what they all did on the weekends when she went home to visit.

    I am sad to hear of the passing of our niece Dona. You have definitely gone too soon. I hope you can rest easy now.
