My dear friend since 1986 in Key West, Florida where he refused to accept Jesus the Son of God and Savior of the world. Our story didn't end there because I told I was still his friend. In 1998 Tony called me and said he needed a friend. The next day I traveled 300 miles to be with my friend Tony Luciano. He asked me about Jesus and then accepted that He was indeed the Son of God and that God had raised Him from the dead. Until Tony became absent from the body and present with the Lord we held a warm friendship. In 1990 Tony gave me a small rock which he had painted green to remember him by. I still hold on to and cherish that Little Rock, but I hold in my heart many wonderful memories of my friend and brother in Christ. I look forward to reuniting with Tony at my death as we gaze together into our wonderful Savior's eyes.

He reminded us daily of the power of human connection and the value of every individual. Anthony will be deeply missed by all who knew him, including the dedicated staff, support workers, and friends who had the privilege of walking alongside him throughout his journey.
